Steph is a Wool Buyer for Vitale Barberis Canonico, one of the world's premier fabric manufacturers, which is based in Italy. Steph's role involves valuing wool and bidding in the auction room to fulfil consignments on behalf of VBC. She is a qualified Wool Classer, and also has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from La Trobe University.

Steph has built diverse industry-wide relationships, both within Australia and overseas, through VBC's Wool Excellence Club and her previous role as a wool trader for Segard Masurel.

Steph is passionate about the empowerment of women in business, and providing a space for women to come together and collaborate. She hopes that the Women in Wool will become a support network of likeminded women who are excited about the future of the industry.

Outside of work, Steph loves playing netball, going to music gigs and walking on the beach with her dog, Lola.
